Vivid Learning Systems, Inc. ("Vivid") and the National Swimming Pool Foundation ("NSPF") take your privacy seriously. The following discloses the privacy practices for the entire web site, our methods of enforcing strict security measures for your privacy, and our practices regarding this issue.

Vivid and NSPF ask for your name, e-mail address, and other personal information when you register as a new student. Vivid and NSPF's goal in collecting personal information is to provide you with the best customer service possible.

The primary purpose for the information we collect from you is to register you in our database so you can take courses, but also so we can contact you if a problem ever arises with the web site. Vivid and NSPF may disclose aggregated user statistics (for example, 50% of students in a particular course scored higher than 80%) in order to describe our services to prospective partners, investors, and other third parties. We use your contact information to send you up to date information about new courses, promotions, and new procedures to follow while on the Vivid and NSPF web site. Other than circumstances, where in good faith we believe the law requires a disclosure of information; we do not use your personal information for any other purposes. Further, we do not provide or sell this information to third parties, other than our business partners if you have given us permission to do so.

This web site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Vivid and NSPF use industry-standard efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information.
